We are currently hiring experienced Collectors for our Collection team with additional hourly incentive paid for Spanish Bi-linguals.
Specific responsibilities:
* Place outgoing calls and accept inbound calls on consumer accounts to negotiate repayment of a debt, locate consumers or follow up on previous commitments.
* Obtain updated demographic and financial information.
* Maintain clear and concise documentation.
* Negotiate repayment or ongoing monthly payment arrangements under Company guidelines.
Our Collectors have the opportunity to work in a fast paced positive environment with the opportunity to obtain excellent earnings in a pay-for-performance environment. You will do this by earning a base pay plus a very lucrative MONTHLY BONUS plan along with other goal based incentives.

Education, training, experience:
|
|

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years experience in collections industry
* Effective listening and negotiation skills
* Good typing skills and knowledge of PC applications
* Time management and organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to focus and be self motivated
* Ability to work some evenings and minimal Saturday hours
